The product has nice packaging and smells minty, which was the first warning sign for me that this wouldn’t react well with eczema prone skin. As a long term eczema sufferer, I am always apprehensive with new creams, especially when applying to the face. The consistency of the cream was too thin to be an effective emollient. Additionally, I found the added oils, such as peppermint, burned when applied to sore areas of eczema. I understand why the peppermint was added to calm any itch, but a lot of eczema does tend to be sore and cut up from scratching or cracked, and so I found the cream to burn when applied and flared it up more. I think also for an eczema product, it has way too many ingredients and essential oils in that I just wouldn’t recommend it for eczema treatment and would recommend the brand reconsider the “suitable for sensitive skin” label on the packaging.

It was a shame to receive cream that would expire in a month time. I use a few items from Eclat, so it was a bit surprising. Cream itself is nice. You only need a little bit to spread across all your face and neck. However, it won't be for everyone. It has strong smell and tingling effect, so be careful around eyes. It's almost has a smell of camphor oil, but i do like that. If not expire date, would be 4 stars.

So far, this is my favourite brand and I am so glad that products are very good quality and not reasonably priced! I have a very problematic skin-allergic and also tend to have acne. This cream makes wonder. I noticed huge improvement, it helps healing spots and prevent it, also i winter my face tend to be very red and itchy, due to heating at home. This problem gone. And I love the smell ! Highly recommend!!!

This cream is quite good. It was reasonably priced. Moisturised my skin well and kept it hydrated all day. The only drawback that I can see is that it smells strongly of Olbas Oil. It’s fine for me as I like the strong natural essential oil smells but it might be too strong for some. I would consider buying again though.

Waited a long time for product to arrive. Arrival date kept being changed. When cream did arrive i applied to my skin. It stung very badly. Maybe just my skin. Will not risk the pain again by reapplying this cream. like i said could just be my skin having a bad reaction.
